Jacob Nantz - Head Coach, West Nassau Girls Basketball

Our Sports Performance coaches work with sports teams and individuals to develop specialized strength and conditioning programs for athletes. Our trainers are experienced with all sports: football, basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, lacrosse, and more! Working directly with the player(s) and coaches, we train each athlete to develop strength, flexibility, jumping, speed and agility while helping reduce injuries and improve overall performance.
