Ian Weant

Trainer & Coach

Ian Graduated from Shepherd University with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science.  While at Shepherd University he did a 390 hour internship for two different gyms.  Also while at college he worked in an exercise science lab performing VO2 max, body fat caliper, strength, endurance and flexibility tests.

Ian has been an athlete from the age of three he played football and baseball, then started playing basketball at age eight and continued all three sports through high school.  He has trained athletes of various sports as well as non- athletes with an eclectic range of ages and abilities.

Outside of the gym Ian enjoys volunteering and helping members of the community.  He also enjoys anything outdoors, adventuring to new places and always has the passion to continuously advance his knowledge in the area of performance.
